At Mattress Hubb, we’re committed to helping you sleep better — that’s why we offer a 60-night sleep guarantee on all our mattresses.
60-Night Sleep Guarantee
We understand that finding the perfect mattress takes time. With our 60-night sleep trial, you can test your new mattress in the comfort of your own home. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it — no hard feelings.
How it works:

Try your mattress for at least 30 nights (it takes time for your body to adjust).

If you’re still not happy after 30 nights and before 60 nights, get in touch with us.

We’ll arrange a free collection and issue a full refund or exchange — whichever you prefer.
Please note:

The mattress must be in good condition, free from stains, damage, or misuse.

The sleep guarantee applies to one return per household.

The trial does not apply to divan bases, headboards, or custom-made items.
Returns (Non-Mattress Items)
For all other products (including bed frames, accessories, or clearance items), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To begin a return, please contact us at Info@mattresshubb.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Important notes:

Original delivery charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly.

If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund.
Orders Paid with Klarna
If you paid using Klarna, your refund will be processed through Klarna once your return has been confirmed and accepted.

For “Pay Later” or “Pay in 3” purchases: Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly.

If you’ve already made one or more payments, Klarna will refund the amount to your original payment method.

Klarna may take up to 5–10 working days to process the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund promptly.
